Description

This course is an intermediate step towards obtaining an Open Water Diver certification, if that is your ultimate goal. As a PADI Scuba Divers you will be qualified to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI professional to a maximum depth of 12 meters/40 feet; You will be able to rent or buy diving equipment and participate in diving activities as long as you are properly supervised. Also, you can continue your diving training by completing the PADI Open Water Diver certification.

  • To enroll in a PADI Scuba Diver course (or Junior Scuba Diver course), you must be 10 years old or older.

  • You need proper swimming skills and good physical health.

  • No prior diving experience is required, but you can try it first through the Discover Scuba Diving program.

Academic

The PADI Scuba Diver course consists of three main phases:

  1. The first of them is the development of knowledge that you can do through the PADI E-Learning platform, where you can understand the basic principles of diving and develop your confidence before going into the water. You will study only the first three of the five sections of the Open Water Diver course.

  2. Next, you will have confined water training sessions to learn basic diving skills.

  3. Finally, we will go to use your skills and explore on two open water dives.

Once you book the course with us you will receive a link to complete the theoretical part online. Your PADI Instructor will meet with you to schedule knowledge review sessions, confined water and open water dives.
