At the heart of the Supernova is its Auto-Adjust central panel, a flexible membrane that dynamically fine-tunes the blade’s angle of attack based on kicking strength. When cruising gently, the blade adopts a milder angle for relaxed, low-effort finning. When maximum power is required, the blade automatically shifts to a more aggressive angle—delivering strong thrust exactly when you need it. This adaptive behavior ensures optimal efficiency across the entire dive.

The blade incorporates Pivot Control Technology, maintaining the most efficient 40°–50° angle of attack, while the Hydra-Loop central panel channels water rearward to increase thrust and reduce wasted energy. For technical control and precision, twin-tip winglets significantly improve maneuverability, making frog kicks, helicopter turns, and alternate kicking styles smoother and more controlled.

Constructed from premium Monprene®, the Seawing Supernova offers long-lasting durability while remaining lightweight and positively buoyant. Its innovative two-piece modular design, with blade and foot pocket molded separately, allows for easy assembly, disassembly, and transport—making it an excellent choice for travel divers. The fin is sold pre-assembled as an open heel system with a marine-grade bungee strap, ensuring a secure, comfortable fit and effortless donning and doffing.

For added versatility, the Seawing Supernova is compatible with an optional full-foot pocket (sold separately), allowing the fin to adapt seamlessly to warm-water diving without boots. Available in multiple sizes and colors, and compatible with colored Scuba Skegs for customization, the Supernova is a truly adaptable fin system.
