The PADI Bubblemaker is a fun introduction to scuba diving designed especially for kids aged 8 and older. It lets children experience breathing underwater in shallow water under the direct supervision of a PADI Instructor. Children dive in shallow water, up to 2 meters (6 feet) deep. The experience takes place in a pool or a calm, protected area of the ocean — always under the close supervision of our certified instructors.
Kids should be comfortable in the water but don’t need to be expert swimmers. The program is designed for fun and safety, with plenty of time to play, blow bubbles, and get used to scuba gear.
They’ll learn how to:
Breathe underwater using scuba gear
Clear a mask and regulator
Communicate with basic hand signals
Move and float safely underwater
It’s all taught in a playful, encouraging way that builds confidence and curiosity about the ocean.
Yes — safety is our number one priority. The experience is conducted by PADI-certified Instructors with special training for children’s programs. All equipment is properly sized for kids, and activities are limited to very shallow, controlled environments.
