Requirements for this tour

Due to strong currents and depth, diving tours in Bat Islands are only available to divers with PADI Open Water certification or higher.

Minimum of 4 Divers

We require a minimum group of 4 certified divers per trip. Solo travelers can ask to join an existing group.

Mandatory Local Dive

A local dive is required before your Murciélago trip to ensure comfort with gear and local dive protocols.

We went to Murciélago Island, we did two tanks there at two diving spots, one of them was “Gran Susto”, where we saw bull sharks and manta rays. The diving equipment is impeccable and everything is super organized. Our dive bags had our names labeled. The best thing was the predisposition of the boys at all times so that we were well and safe. There was more than one instructor to guide us and a marine biologist who taught us about manta rays. Super recommended.
