Overview
Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our team of instructors and dive operators.
Reservations for tours, courses, and certifications may be canceled or rescheduled up to 30 days before the start date for a full refund.
Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable. In some cases, a credit may be offered to reschedule the activity within the next 6 months (subject to availability).
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- No-shows on the day of the activity.
- Leaving a course or tour once it has started.
- Failure to meet medical or certification requirements necessary for diving (it is the customer’s responsibility to provide valid medical clearance and meet safety conditions).
- Digital materials, e-learning access, or certification licenses issued by international agencies (PADI, SSI, etc.) once activated or downloaded.
Rescheduling
In case of bad weather, unsafe sea conditions, or force majeure, we reserve the right to reschedule the activity. If the customer cannot attend on the new date, a credit or full refund will be offered
Customers may request to reschedule their activity at least 7 days in advance, subject to availability.
Refunds
Once a cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Courses and Certifications
- Once a course has started (online theory, confined water sessions, or open water dives), no refunds will be issued.
- If a student cannot complete the course for personal reasons, they may resume within 6 months by covering only administrative or certification fees.
Physical Products (if applicable)
If we sell diving equipment or accessories through our shop:
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, personal gear such as masks, snorkels, mouthpieces, and wetsuits cannot be returned.
